Shipping policy
Orders may ship with any of the listed carriers and services:
- FedEx - Ground, Ground Economy, Home Delivery, Express, SmartPost
- USPS - First Class, Priority, Parcel Select
- PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship a majority of orders to P.O. Boxes - please use a physical address to avoid any potential delays.
Shipping Rates are automatically calculated at check out depending on the product type and quantity being purchased:

Order Processing
- We ship all orders from our warehouse in Greenville, SC
- We process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekend and holidays)
- An email with your order confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been successfully placed
- Another email will be sent once your order has been fulfilled and will contain tracking details
- If you do not receive any of these emails, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation
- Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays
Shipping Orders with Preordered Items
- All orders that include preordered items will be held until all items on that order are available to ship.
- If you would like in-stock items to ship now and wait for the preordered item(s) once they're available, please place two separate orders or email sales@kangacooelrs.com and we will accommodate accordingly.
- Preordered items are sold prior to being available and will ship within the month notated.
We do not currently offer Local Pick-Up due to logistical constraints.
